Owner & CEO Bio
Lindsey Johnson brings more than 20 years of experience across community health, nonprofit leadership, and tribal administration. She supports organizations in navigating complex operational and community challenges, helping them build sustainable systems and achieve meaningful impact. Lindsey holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration, a bachelor’s degree in Human Services, and is certified as both a Professional Medical Coder and a Tribal Human Resources Professional. Her leadership experience includes serving as Deputy Tribal Administrator for the Chickahominy Indian Tribe and service on various boards and committees including the United South and Eastern Tribes (USET) Tribal Administration Committee, the Virginia Tribal Education Consortium (VTEC), the SPAN Center, and the VCU Massey Comprehensive Cancer Center Director's Cabinet, where she contributed to advancing organizational missions and community outcomes. Lindsey is committed to helping clients create lasting, positive change within the communities they serve.
